From the moment I walked in, everything was excellent—from the friendly and welcoming front desk staff to the care I received throughout the entire procedure. Juan prepared me for the surgery and was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He immediately helped me feel comfortable and at ease. And I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bianca Newnam. She was patient, gentle, caring, and did everything possible to make me feel safe and comfortable. I truly felt like I was in very good hands. She even played great music during the procedure, which made the atmosphere so relaxing that I almost felt like I was sitting in my own living room rather than having surgery! And did I mention there was no pain whatsoever? Not during the procedure and, amazingly, not even afterward! I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received and would absolutely recommend Dr. Bianca Newnam to anyone who is dealing with periodontal issues or needs periodontal treatment. Dr Mina and Veruska are great, thorough in their work, and caring. Great experience with them! The only problem I have with the office is administrative work/scheduling. They've cancelled my set appointments siting "inactive insurance," when I know for sure it was active - I had to pay a premium to reactivate it by a certain date (my insurance says that nobody called them to verify, even though the dental office staff told me that they did, and it was "inactive" - so dishonesty there). Another time I came in for the fillings after setting an appointment via a phone call, and they said I don't have an appointment. For busy people on tight schedules, keep in mind that you will spend a lot of time on the phone fitting dental visits into your calendar, and then they get cancelled, rescheduled, or not added to their appointment schedule to begin with.
