Even though I had never been seen by this office before, they were kind enough to squeeze me in and help me right away, which I’m incredibly grateful for. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and compassionate. The office was very clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease during such a stressful situation. A special thank you to Ariana for being so sweet and helpful while taking my X-rays and assisting the doctor. Carlos at the front desk was amazing and took the time to help me understand my payment options and treatment plan, which I truly appreciated. And thank you to Dr. Rodriguez for taking such great care of me and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciated that they explained all of my options without making me feel pressured. Overall, this was such a positive experience during an emergency, and I’m so thankful to have found a dental office I can trust in my new area.
